In this episode, Amy and Greg discuss the pros and cons of bottled water vs. tap water — you’ve got enormous amounts of waste created by the plastic bottles, but water straight from the tap can be full of metals, fluorides, and more. Hear some options on filters and filtration systems for your tap water, and if you can, use a stainless steel water bottle, but if you are in a situation where you can’t easily refill your bottle with filtered water, check out a carbon filter bottle.
