In this episode, Greg and Amy talk with special guest Dorina Bustamanti, the current event chair for the Solar Cook-Off and Organic Cafe at the Scottsdale Green Building Expo. This year marks the first year that food has been showcased at the Expo, and the Solar Cook-Off has everyone very excited.

Competition will be at the Expo on October 6th, and finalists will have to bring your own solar oven, but the winner could be crowned Solar Chef of the Year!

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Expo, the Organic Cafe will be providing food for the attendees and vendors, with local and organic foodstuffs.
